TAXES & CUSTOMS

Pura Vida is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for Canadian orders. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Neither are we responsible for the Delivery Duty paid on orders over $150 CAD.

Expedited and Express Shipping

Please note: 

  1. Shipping does not include Weekend delivery.
  2. Orders received after 9 AM PT will not be processed to ship until the next day. If the order comes in after this time there is an additional day added to the shipment pushing out the freight time.
  3. For our express and expedited delivery options, we require a signature for the items to be delivered fully. Please note that FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before they send the package back to us.
  4. Should you receive a note from FedEx regarding your delivery, please review the delivery note and ensure you are following the instructions to receive your package.

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Can’t find it? Just enter your email and order number here to see where your package is and when it’ll arrive. You can also log into your puravidabracelets.com account to check your order status.

Your order confirmation email will look like this for reference.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 2–3 days, don’t worry—that’s normal! Shipping delays happen, and updates might take a few days. If there’s no movement after 7 days, reach out to us using the “Submit a Request” link, and we’ll help locate your package.

If your order status says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors first—sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong door. USPS may also mark packages as “Delivered” before they arrive, so give it 3–5 business days. If it still hasn’t shown up after 5 days, submit a request with your name, shipping address, order email, and order number, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.

Why can’t I choose free shipping during the Special Sale?

In order to qualify for any promotional offers involving free or reduced-cost shipping, your purchase needs to meet our $10 minimum order amount after all discounts are applied.

Here’s an example:

You add $15 worth of bracelets to your cart and use a fantastic coupon that provides you with a 50% discount!  Your new total before taxes and shipping would be $7.50.

Since that price is below our normal minimum order amount, you wouldn’t be able to choose promotional shipping as an option.  Add an item or two to your order that will bring the price after discounts to $10 or more, and then you’ll be able to take advantage of that shipping method!

What do the different order statuses mean?

When you log in to your account at puravidabracelets.com, you’ll see all of your current and past orders listed. When you click on the “Track Order” section, you’ll see one of these 3 options:

1. Unfulfilled/Processing: Your order has been placed and will be sent to our warehouse shortly. Please be sure to double-check your order prior to submission, as once your order is placed, we are unable to modify items, and quantities or cancel the order at any time.

2. Shipped: Your order has shipped and left our warehouse (yay!). You’ll receive a shipment tracking email at the address we have on file, and you’ll also be able to see if your order has any delays. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer edit any shipping information.

3. Delivered: Based on the tracking info given to us by DHL and USPS, your order has been delivered to its final destination!

*The “Track Order” option will also inform you if there are any delays on your package as well!

What is Pre-Order?

To put it simply, placing an order with a pre-order item will reserve you the product and it will start to ship once we replenish our inventory for them. We will indicate on the Product Page of the item if it is for pre-order and it will include a date as to when the product is expected to start shipping. Easy!

Here’s how it works:

If you order a ‘pre-order’ item/s along with other items, the items will be shipped together except for the pre-order!
